Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description before purchasing.
Return Process
- Email our customer service at support@quelnoritha.com to initiate a return.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if item is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will respond with further instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
- Securely package the item and include a copy of the original receipt. Clearly mark the RA number on the package.
- Ship the package to our designated return address provided by the customer service team.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and the new product will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
